Biology club is dedicated to the science of living things, and it’s a great club to join if you’re interested in health professions or biology in general.
Biology Club hosts 2 competitions. We do Biology Olympiad and Science Olympiad. Biology Olympiad is a written biology test for aspiring biologists. Science Olympiad is a group competition for all science lovers. In Science Olympiad, events are done with a partner or a group of three, and include building events, knowledge events, and labs. Science Olympiad covers all branches of the sciences, including Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Environmental Science, and Engineering. If you really love engineering or science, even if it’s a science other than biology, you should come see us at our next meeting!
We also hold a yearly “Shark Night”, where you can pay to dissect your own dogfish shark, which is always a blast. If you’re interested in participating in these competitions and events, or just really love Biology, you should join! You can contact Ms. Phillips at this email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or see her in Room 2305. Our next meeting is September 26th, during flex 4.3. Don’t forget to sign up for flex, or see Ms. Phillips to switch in. Sign up for our Remind so you don’t miss our next meeting (@bwhsbioc).
