This local nonprofit connects young women with mentorship, leadership development, meaningful relationships, and a supportive sisterhood as they prepare for their future. The Scholastic Art and Writing Awards competition for grades 7–12 is now accepting entries until our regional deadline on December 6 at 10:59pm. 2025 Gold Key winning visual art submissions are on view at Crystal Bridges in the Community Gallery if you'd like to see entries. Past winners range from Andy Warhol to Sylvia Plath.
Seniors: BHS will offer the ASVAB on October 20. The ASVAB is a great opportunity to explore career strengths and military pathways. Location is TBD. Math Mentors offers weekly junior high and high school math tutoring at BPL. Drop by on Tuesdays between 5 pm and 7 pm to get your questions answered by our experienced tutors! Step 1: Confirm that it is in fact your spot, note the time, and take a picture of the license plate of the car in your spot. Step 2: Go park in visitors. Step 3: Most important step!! Go into the North Office and fill out the clipboard that someone else parked in your spot, please include the noted time.
Parents must call the checkout line at 254-5100 (select option 1) to check out student drivers. All students must come to the North Office to check out. Parents/guardians of 9/10th grade non-driving students must come into the office to check out their student. The office will not call students out of class in advance to wait for parents.
