Kindergarten and first grade students receive direct and indirect services in their individual classrooms by certified G/T facilitators. Identified students in second through fifth grade area bussed to the TREC Center by grade level for a full-day pullout program. G/T students in grades six through twelve are served through various program options, such as Pre-AP, Honors, Advanced Placement, and/or International Baccalaureate.

The State Department of Education monitors the Bentonville Gifted/Talented Program every three years and reviews yearly reports to assure compliance with all state regulations. The program was monitored in November, 2012, and was determined to be one of the outstanding programs in the state. Evaluation instruments are distributed in the spring of each year to parents, teachers, administrators, students, and community members. After compiling the results, the data is used to set new goals for the gifted program for the upcoming year.
