This year Bentonville Sports Medicine is partnering with Smart Sports and Northwest Medical to provide comprehensive pre- participationsport physicals at no cost to families. A yearly pre – participation physical is required by Bentonville Public Schools as well as the Arkansas Activities Association before participating in any sanctioned game or practice. The physicals will be overseen by the Bentonville Athletic Training staff and performed by a team of over 14 doctors, nurses and various other health care professionals at the Tiger Athletic Complex the first week of June. Additional information and medical history forms are available on the Bentonville Public Schools website and should be filled out prior to arrival on your sport’s specified day. This is an outstanding opportunity for our families and all athletes are encouraged to attend.
