Calendar Request From
Procedure:
Complete all information, have your Principal approve the event, and return all copies to the Theatre Manager. Once your request has been approved, you will receive notification. Upon notification you may make the necessary arrangements to proceed with your activity. All scheduling is based on a first come, first serve basis, facility availability, and on the master calendar of BHS activities. Please fill form out completely in order to get approval. All etnries must be entered correctly as demonstrated, or event will not be approved.

 In front of the house curtain. (8-10 ft. from front of stage.)
 In front of #1 traveller. (Approximately 1/2 of the stage area.)
 In front of #2 traveller. (Full stage)
 In front of the cyclorama. (Blue sky drop; full stage area.)
 Curtains will be opened and closed.
